Oh Republicrat

Someone find this out for me, was it Confucious or 50 Cent that said, "it's best to keep your mouth shut and everyone think you are a fool, then to open one's mouth and remove all doubt:"

The second round of campaigning begins in the quest to unseat Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and Governor Rick (the slick) Perry. While many Democrats are defecting to the Kinky Friedman campaign, others are seriously considering Carole Strayhorn’s chances of upending one of the state’s worst governors in history.

Democratic challenger Chris Bell’s one memorable quote through out the Democratic Primary campaign was, “Rick Perry couldn’t lead a silent prayer.”

Unfortunately Bell’s under-funded, lackluster campaign won’t be remembered for much more than that one over-used one-liner. If Strayhorn and Friedman get on the ballot, Bell will place dead last. And that is heavy emphasis on the term “dead.”

Really, in what world does this make sense?
